Read About Our Alumni Experience!
LSS was an experience that truly helped me grow. It expanded my knowledge, strengthened my leadership skills, and connected me with people who had a real impact on my life. I met my closest friend through this program, and the lessons I gained continue to help me both personally and professionally. I felt welcomed from the very beginning and am grateful for the experience.
Leadership Summer School truly changed my life in ways I didn't expect. I met incredible people who became genuine connections, not just contacts. I built relationships with peers and experienced professionals across different fields who showed me what real support and openness look like. I've never analyzed myself so thoroughly as I did during LSS, building my own character and understanding my strengths and weaknesses in ways that ultimately helped me support and work better with others. The travels and experiences we shared added so much richness to it all. Honestly, I cherish every moment of what LSS gave me.
I would highly recommend LLS to anyone looking to become a better leader and focus on personal growth. It is a fantastic opportunity to grow and meet new people. The program highlighted my weaknesses while simultaneously providing the tools and opportunity to improve upon them.
I enjoyed the experience so much that I wish I could do it all over again. Beyond the personal development, the networking aspect is invaluable; as they say, the more people you know the more places you can visit and sleep for free
What made the program (LSS) exceptional was its strong focus on self-awareness. Beyond learning about leadership, I learned a great deal about myself, my values, motivations, and direction. With the support of an inspiring mentor, I reconnected with my passions, made important personal decisions, and even changed my academic path. I formed meaningful friendships with open-minded, driven individuals in an environment built on trust and mutual respect. Overall, LSS was not just an educational program, but a personal turning point. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking both leadership development and personal growth.
