PROJECTS AND EVENTS
Our focus is on encouraging young and talented individuals so that we can actively bring positive development in their home countries.
The main goal
The main goal of the project and events is to share knowledge and develop networks. That way, the Association can make contributions to fulfill its mission statements.
The Association offers two types of projects:
- Ones that are dedicated only to the members and partners and
- Public projects and events.

Be part of a growing international network of understanding and cultural exchange between countries of Central and Southeastern Europe.
Learn about Europe and different countries’ perspectives!
Strengthen your skills beyond the university curriculum and develop leadership skills for your future work exploits.
Every year we offer seminars on the subject of leadership, management, personal development, rhetoric, as well as self-presentation. As a participant, in addition to the standard workload, you will receive engaging training opportunities.
Depending on the interest, we organize support workshops. Here we offer advice and support to attendees.
Other foundations also come to the Association’s workshops to share their experience and knowledge.
Topics included:
- Incentive systems;
- Mentoring programs;
- Participation formats;
- Event formats.
We support partner networks in the countries of Central and Southeastern Europe.
In Romania, we supported the Returnees Forum for Young professionals who have returned from abroad.
In Bulgaria, we supported the Tuk Tam Skill Seminar for scholarship holders.
Strengthen your business skills and understanding, and benefit from trainers and speakers from business and science!
From 2018 onward, we offer Leadership Summer School topics such as entrepreneurship, management, and leadership skills.
Participants are mentored after the Summer School by the members of the Mummert Alumni Association.
Regions, where our members originate from are precious to us. Hence, why one of the Association’s key strategic pillars.
Directly supporting regions through events held there, we are also supporting local infrastructure and local organizations.

Our skills seminars and workshops take place across Europe, where you can learn about the new partnerships built.
Participants are individuals and organizations from Central and Southeastern Europe, as well as from Germany. Through partnerships, we are maintaining multilateral relations between these countries and Germany.

Our members meet regionally around their regional networks.
The meetings are a discussion platform where members can share professional developments and experiences. The members can also exchange advice and suggestions for further improvement.

About Us
We are a network in the countries of Central and Southeast Europe for European integration. Our association was founded by numerous alumni of the Funding program of the Rochus and Beatrice Mummert Foundation to advance the vision of the founders.
