let's connect in Bucharest
“Let’s connect” is a 2-days-long conference for the closed round of participants with a tailor-made agenda that will help organizations for future work and development.
For the 4th time in Bucharest
“Career made at home” should sound more attractive. 😄 Encouraging young talented people to actively bring positive developments in their home countries instead of emigrating is the main drive behind the “Let’s connect” project.
We believe that international networks, collaboration, and growth can bring change. Hence, we’ve developed the “Let’s connect” project with the primary goal of helping and serving. The project supports non-governmental organizations whose core purpose is aligned with its purpose and who are actively working in areas of international collaboration, entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment.

Who we are
We are a network in the countries of Central and Southeastern Europe for European integration. Our association was founded by numerous alumni of the Rochus and Beatrice Mummert Foundation’s Funding program to advance the founders’ vision.
The association is in close contact with Germany, as the core members have completed a master’s degree in Cologne or Aachen.
As managers, the returning young professionals make a lasting contribution to their home countries economic and civil society development. We would like to increase the attractiveness of a “career made at home.” We want to engage young, talented people to encourage others to actively work on bringing positive developments in their home countries and to help shape the future of their countries from within instead of emigrating.
Our website is currently in the process of redesign. If you want to know more about us, visit our Facebook, LinkedIn, or Instagram pages.
