What is Leadership Summer School?
A 10-day international program in Germany, followed by e-learning, mentorship, and two additional live events where you reconnect with your peers and continue your leadership journey.
Here, you’ll learn how to lead across cultures, collaborate on real challenges, and build a lifelong network of peers and mentors who will shape the future with you.

For over a decade, we have been empowering young talents across Central and Eastern Europe. More than 100 alumni from 15 countries have already taken part in one of our programs – either scholarships or Leadership Summer School. Now it’s your turn.
How to apply?
- Eligibility: Students or postgraduates, 21–26 years old, fluent in English, from Central, Eastern & Southeastern Europe
- Participation fee: €200 (includes accommodation, meals, trainings, and materials)
- Travel: Participants cover travel costs, but receive a €150 reimbursement after the program
- Available spots: Only 50 participants will be selected

None of the eligible countries require a visa to enter Germany for 10 days. However, the conditions may vary and it’s best that you cross-check for your situation specifically.

How does the application process looks like?
The First Round
You will be asked to join an online interview of up to 30 minutes: by 2nd of March 2025
The Second Round
Accepted candidates will work on a project from the 3rd of March until the 15th of March 2025
The Final Results
We will inform all those who participated in the interview process by the 25th of March 2025 about their nomination for Leadership Summer School.
Payment Deadline
By 10th of April. Participation fee is 200 Euros and can be paid in one or two installments
